Binaries (updated infrequently) available here:
Older code and binaries remain available here on SourceForge (1.9x). If you are new to ANTs you should probably go to Github and get the latest code.

I got ANTs to create population-specific templates but then discovered its various capabilities. It is now my preferred normalization tool. I use it for example for DTI distortion correction, segmentation (via Atropos), fMRI preprocessing and more.
