acarsdec_int

This is a branch of acarsdec where most FPU intensive ops have been replaced with integer only counterparts. The light version of acarsdec works on machines as weak as PogoPlug. Please feel free to comment,
A version where PLL section of MSK demodulator is also integer has been added on April 6, 2016.

Features

Low CPU load : this will help you on Raspberry Pi
Integer math DDC using CORDIC and Moler-Morrison Pythagorean sum
Supports RTL SDR only at the moment
MSK demodulator (PLL) has also been converted to integer math .
