Right ;) Finally WombatShare is going opensource (http://sourceforge.net/projects/wombatshare). I've implemented basic HTTP Authentication so normal users's will have the ability to secure their nodes, now I can get around to stashing the code on sourceforge [finally] (There's a weird stability issue that I'm trying to track down before I can release it) Hopefully by being on sourceforge clever folks can find all the flaws in the software (of which there are likely to be a fair few) such as over-flow conditions. I've tried to get the Zinf code compiling under VC6 with minimal luck would anyone be interested in helping me try to integrate WombatShare functionality into Zinf [now that its open-sourced?] - Ciaran Ciaran wrote: > > Kristian Kvilekval wrote: > >> On Wed, 2004-04-07 at 12:08, Ciaran wrote: >> >> >>> No real reason at the minute, I don't want to open the source up yet >>> [it looks a mess right now] >> >> >> Fixing up messes and improving quality is what open-source is all about. >> >> > True, but like I said I may open in the future, i'd also be worried > about other people releasing different versions of it causing > confusion and all sorts :( > >>> The reason why you can't distribute a closed-source plugin, is that >>> because it has to be compile-from-source-able ? >>> >> >> >> Exactly plus the above. >> >> >> >>> Is there any SDK/Documentation on implementing plugins for Zinf? >>> Thanks, >>> - Ciaran >>> >> >> >> Documentation is really only in the source.
