Hello,
I recently upgraded my phone to an Android 4.3 device (from a Samsung/Android 4.1) and z-push is no longer allowing me to read my emails - it allows me to send emails and contact syncing is working however.
The z-push error I get is:
27/02/2014 09:18:07 [14049] [ERROR] [davidh] LoopDetection->ProcessLoopDetectionPreviousConnectionFailed(): Command 'ItemOperations' at 27/02/2014 09:11:09 with pid '10624' terminated unexpectedly or is still running.
27/02/2014 09:18:07 [14049] [ERROR] [davidh] Please check your logs for this PID and errors like PHP-Fatals or Apache segmentation faults and report your results to the Z-Push dev team.
And the Apache error log reports memory exhaustion (although I have the memory limit set to 128M in the php.ini). I also tried setting the limit to -1 for unlimited, but that doesn't help.
[Thu Feb 27 10:18:19 2014] [error] [client 101.170.170.150] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 106954676 bytes) in /var/www/z-push-2.1.1-1788/lib/core/zlog.php on line 143
It was all working fine - I did upgrade to version 58 (I was running 56) to see if that helped, but the same thing occurs...
Any ideas?
Cheers,
David
Sorry - forgot to mention. Zimbra 8.0.3, Z-Push 2.1.1
I believe this issue is fixed in z-push 2.1.2 beta. It is unrelated to the backend. See
http://z-push.sourceforge.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2463
And in particular the details for ticket ZP-467

Confirmed. Thanks. I just installed 2.1.2 beta and it did indeed fix the problem. Many thanks for the quick response.
Updating title to reflect it was a z-push issue and it is solved.
Oops. Didn't mean to close yet. Will leave for a few days so others can see it.
Closing ticket. This was a z-push issue not a backend one
