Has anyone had any success on using the MFG-1270 TNC using the USB connector and Windows-10 for YAAC? It works great on WinAprs290.

It should work if you properly configure YAAC to put the TNC into KISS mode. The MFJ-1270 is a TNC2-compatible, so it should work.
