Just installed beta62 by clicking the search-for-updates menu item. Everything LOOKS okay, but I don't appear to be transmitting either on RF or APRS-IS.

Did you perchance install the telemetryalarmplugin update? I screwed up the distro file for that, and it would be sure to break YAAC big-time. If so, delete the entire contents of the YAAC/plugins directory, then re-install your plugins from the updated files on sourceforge or my website.
if this is not the cause, could you File->Save your current configuration and send me the save file?
