#876 Ultimate Intrigue: Add Velvet Blade to Slayer

Slayer is missing the Velvet Blade archetype. I was wondering how difficult it would be to add.

I'll be adding Ultimate Intrigue (which has Velvet Blade) after I've done Occult Adventures.
You can also try adding it as a custom archetype - you'd have to also adjust some things such as the new class skills, skill bonuses & bonus feat manual using the orange (or yellow) user modifier inputs on various sheets.
