The intiative/GM tool "Combat Manager" accepts the importing of characters from the .rpgrp format (an XML-based format exported by RPTools' "MapTools" and by PCGen). If there was some manner of exporting from YAPCG to this format, users would be able to use it with Combat Manager as well.

Do you know if there is documentation of the output format?

I've not had luck finding an actual documented format. PCGen exports this data in a format that Combat Manager can read, so in lieu of real documentation I've attached the "stylesheet" used by PCGen, and an actual example of the output once filled in.

I discovered what appeared to be a bug in the PCGen export, and the PCGen devs provided a fix - this in turn slightly changes the output format (and won't be public until the next PCGen release).

Short summary - while it would be really cool to be able to export from YAPCG and import into tools like Combat Manager, it might be simply easier to work directly with the Combat Manager author to define a format that works for both parties if there was any desire to do so. Feel free to add this to some future enhancement list, but the immediate ticket can be closed. Thanks!

That looks pretty reasonable. I would most likely do this (at least initially) as an option on the Stat Block screen - the sheet would create the text and the user can copy it to a text file.

If you know which fields are the most important, I could create a simple version without too much trouble.
