Bonus Spells per day

For some reason, the spell page is giving a higher number of spells per day with higher int/wis/cha scores. The bonus spell table shows that there are no extra spells per day due to a higher mental stat.
Then, the wizard is not getting an option for his bonus school spell per day, like the cleric has his bonus domain spell.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but a higher casting stat does grant extra spells/day: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/basics-ability-scores/ability-scores#TOC-Abilities-and-Spellcasters
A wizard that has selected an Arcane School on the Class Options page will also get an extra spell per day for each level.
Currently we are not ensuring that the extra spell is used for a school spell (or that spells from the prohibited school take up 2 slots)
Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding or if there is some other problem.

I know that he does get more spells per day, but not 0-level spells. I did not mean to be unclear about that. If you look at the core book under the Intelligence stat where it showcases the bonus spells per day, it shows that there are not bonus spells/day for cantrips/orisons. I imagine this is because they can be continuously cast so it helps offset the power level.
The other part was more of a queiry (sp?) than a bug report. So it does give enough spell slots for bonus spells and school spells, but it doesn't add in a side bar for the school spell that's prepared. Okay.
Ah, gotcha.
I was accidentally giving Wizards an extra 0th level spell because of the specialization school.
I have removed this in 7.3
Thanks for the report!
