10.6 Eyes of the Eagle shows on the item list as in the Eyes slot, but never properly shows on the Slots list nor gives the +5 to Perception. See attached screenshot, replicated on a sorcerer and slayer characters, with Ultimate Equipment source selected. Thanks1
