I can't reproduce this, but I had a look around and it might be being caused by stale value formatting - this is something in excel 365, maybe some other versions. Basically, if automatic calculation is turned off (which we do when printing), then things excel thinks need to be recalculated get the strikeout.
To fix it, in excel, try going to Formulas -> Calculation Options -> Format Stale Values and make sure it is disabled.
Then try printing again.
