All attacks now have a -2 modifier for Insufficent strength for Composite Bow? Where is this coming from?

The negative went away when I added a belt of STR to the character, bringing her to 10 STR. But with 8 STR it showed. I loaded another character and made the STR 8, and the message also showed, neither had a composite bow in their equipment.

Thanks for the report! It was forgetting to check if you were actually using a compound bow. This has been fixed for the next release.
