With 9.15 and 9.15a versions, I don't find almost all the buttons on the Options tab (Save Character, Print Character, Load Character, Clear Character and Clear All).
The only one that appears is "Save as PDF".

Do you have macros enabled? When you first open the sheet there's a macro that should turn on all the buttons.
