When i equip a Leather Armor or a Mithral Shirt, i am getting an APC from -3

But d20pfsrd says, i am not getting an APC with both armors..

Bug or am i overlooking something?

Check your encumbrance, if you have a medium load it gives you a penalty.
You can disable the penalty on the Options

I havee Armor, Shield and Slotted Items 10; Total Weight Carried 44,4

Light Load is 30 and Medium Load is 60, still getting the -3

Light load is 30 or less, medium load is 31 to 60...for str 9... -3 is correct.
