#2845 Elven Racial Trait - Arcane Focus

The racial trait is only supposed to give a bonus when casting defensively, but the bonus is being added into the base concentration check listed on the spells page.

Yeah, I've noticed some other things that are getting included in that when they should be. I'm going to be going through and checking those as part of the spells overhaul.
