I selected Academician, Darkvision, and GIft of Tonges for my new gnome. The Pathfinder Society tab has the following warnings:
Warning: You have not selected your Gnome Craft or Profession Bonus.
Error: Darkvision does not match race (Gnome)
Academician replaces Obsessive, so the first one shouldn't be there. And Darkvision is there. But I also get:
Error: The category and theselected trait do not match for Indomitable.
I suspect the problem might be that Academician, Darkvision, and Indomitable might refer to other things. There's a Wizard archetype called Academician, Darkvision is, well, darkvision, and there's at least one similar trait - Indomitable Faith.
Otherwise, no real idea.

Fixed Academician and Indomitable problems for 8.161
Darkvision is because lots of races have darkvision, and it is complaining because you are not an elf. :Hm.
I'm redoing the Race and Alternate Racial Trait back-end, and I've been able to fix up the longstanding Darkvision issue.
This fix will be in 9.16
