I've noticed that when you load external documents, after a few reloads
with either the "reload" command, or hitting enter again in the address
bar, carina seems to "forget" about some or all of the lighting that is
specified in the main file but falls on objects loaded from external files. It
seems to happen whether changes have been made to any file or not.

Also, when looking through a transparent object in the main file, you only
see objects that are defined in the current file, not objects that have been
loaded from other files.

These are large problems because it's better coding to specify different
objects in different files, it's cumbersome to work with them all in the
same file.

An example of both problems can be seen here:

The back wall is transparent, and you cannot see any of the external
objects through it. Reloading a few times will result in the external
objects not having any lighting falling on them.

The transparency issue is the same in other bug reports that
have been submitted. The reload issue I had considered
closed, but apparently it isn't completely fixed. It will
be looked into and will probably be fixed with one of the
    solutions pending for transparency.
