#1 viewpoints inside inlined files not available

Viewpoint nodes in an inlined file do not appear in the
Viewpoint list.

Example:

the file http://www.xvrml.net/home.xwrl
inlines the file
http://www.xvrml.net/examples/castle01.xwrl

Load castle01.xwrl by itself and there are a series of
Viewpoints available. Load home.xwrl and none of the
castle01.xwrl Viewpoints are available.

That was done intentionally. When a way to show all the
viewpoints from all files including files that might be used
more than once, It will be implemented.

it is "natural" for authors of content to put a viewpoint
with the part of a world they are interested in having
people see from that viewpoint. using inlines is a good
technique for the web, but results in "viewpoint tours" and
other such goodies disappearing when loading VRML worlds for
conversion. please revisit coming up with a naming scheme
that would allow this.
