[Xshop-developer] Template directory

I think we should introduce some structure to the templates directory.  =
Just plopping them all into one directory will I think get messy and =
confusing.  We also need to consider different template sets (themes, =
WML,XML, etc). =20

It seems like it might also be good to group them by module; that way we =
avoid conflicts between modules.

So, I'm thinking something like this:

templates/themeortype/module.

ex:  templates/html/shop/browse.tpl
