Fix bug in dynamic aggregates (to *always* add dynamic/aggregate predicate to ClauseList.)

Update accumuated documentation changes.

Make aggregation (answer subsumption) work for dynamic predicates; but retract cannot be used for deleting, only retractall.

Added option to read_term/2/3 of 'variables_as_atoms', which returns a term with its variables bound to their names; i.e., it treats variable names as constants. Useful for reading prolog-like terms from other systems.

removed extra :-module from swi

enable configuration of dbdrivers by default.
--with-no-dbdrivers disables that.

all makexsb's now run xsb for the first time to create xsb config.xwam
recompiled dlls for windoze

Replaced old low-level predicates (psc_*-type) with more standard ones.
