Added hook to not remove .xwams when running in gc-test mode.

IDG traversal routines using CNs instead of SFs, and code cleanup.

Finished (I think) updating code so that IDG traversal for meta-predicates
works on call nodes rather than SF. (I didn't change xsb_compute_scc, which can only work on
interior IDG nodes, anyway).

Also do a bit of code cleanup, removal of dead code, and rationalization of code within files.

Changed my mind. Now a Mod:Term term in a structure (not in predicate
positions) is left as Mod:NTerm, where Term is transformed to
NTerm. So the module modifier is left alone and does not affect the
Term. This is what the compiler would do.

Fixed bug in load_dyn on converting terms of form A:B.
Current convert B to module A and return it if both bound.
Just pass thru of either a variable.
This might cause problems, but seems best to me at the moment.

Commit changed xwam files. (Some compiler change seems to have changed the
order of the symbol table in the xwam files.)

CHeck in all changes xwams (Some compiler change potentially changed
the order of symbol table, I believe.)
