Commit [r9154]  Maximize  Restore  History

Changed my mind. Now a Mod:Term term in a structure (not in predicate

positions) is left as Mod:NTerm, where Term is transformed to
NTerm. So the module modifier is left alone and does not affect the
Term. This is what the compiler would do.
