XSB Src (SVN)-old

nothing special: configuring using cygwin changed file modes and eols in the previous commit. reverting them to what they were before, when configured using normal unices.

64 bit cygwin gcc has no -mno-cygwin, so I disabled it for cygwin64
loader.c was using a nonportable stricmp for cygwin. Replaces with strcasecmp.

Allows failure of timed_call handlers to fail the call.

Forgot to commit dynamic_predicate_has_clauses

added .\ to cd's so that cdpath and such won't affect the result of cd.
fixed a typo in builtin.tex

Test of dynamic_predicate_has_clauses.

Added a new predicate dynamic_predicate_has_clauses that allows a quick check of whether a dynamic predicate
does indeed have clauses -- without laying down a choicepoint. The predicate is a wrapper for dynpredep_to_prref.

slginsts_xsb_i.h -- just a line of documentation.

Updated documentation of timed_call/2.

Fix so that get_tip can find tip for dynamic incremental predicates, which are "sorta" tabled.

Fixed several typos in the documentation.
