Test of dynamic_predicate_has_clauses.

Added a new predicate dynamic_predicate_has_clauses that allows a quick check of whether a dynamic predicate
does indeed have clauses -- without laying down a choicepoint. The predicate is a wrapper for dynpredep_to_prref.

Test wasn't changed, but added an example to show how timed call can be worked with break.

Elaborated timed_call so that timed calls can be called from a break within a timed_call.
