Here I still see (a|the) problem - you either run [io]Q3 with the mod (and custom args), or you just run ioUrT (with the renamed executable). But one can not start arbitrary one game-setup or the other from one single gamelist in XQF. There are two possible executables for one game, and this is kind of bad :( .. and I think it can only be fixed in the source-code itself.

PS: Of course, with some scripting (e.g. renaming of the executables) one could always adopt, but it is not very "casual gamer-friendly" ;)
