Hi, since Urt is a mod from urban Terror, if u are using the ioquake, just add  
a new entry in "custom args" tab:  
game: q3ut4
arg: +set fs_game q3ut4

also i created a filter to show only the game q3ut4 and added a master 
(urbanterror.net)

there are other:

//*** Master Servers ***
master3.idsoftware.com"  // By default the server will report  to the Id 
Software master server.
master.urbanterror.net" // Use this to integrate with urbanterror.net 
applications
master0.gamespy.com:28900"  // Server reports to gamespy master server.


if u only play UrT, u can set the comandline to the ioUrbanTerror.* executable 
or whatever file u use to launch the game.


Currently i'm strugling with the the BE and PB, because it won't run in amd64 
and i can't compile it (closed source). am i missing something? i can only 
play in not protected servers.
