Well, it's kind of a bug and a feature at the same time. By using a
custom qstat.cfg in xqf it was sometimes possible to introduce new
qstat types without the need for a new qstat version. Nowadays I
keep config files used by xqf and qstat in sync. Unfortunately the
qstat 2.11 config file actually requires qstat 2.11 this time. Maybe
it's better to get rid of qstat.cfg and always require the latest
qstat in the next xqf release instead.
