I would use the parm.summary() function instead (which is the base function that cov.summary uses).

Hi Andy,

Actually, I figured out to include the subjects in the ind.plots(); it appears that when inclZeroWRES=TRUE, all profile are plotted. So this issue is fixed. However, when doing cov.summary(), invoking inclZeroWRES=TRUE did not change the summary stat for the covariates. Any suggestion?
