The boxplots generated using the absolute CWRES vs covariates may have a bug. In choosing the bins for a covariate, it seems that if the maximum value for the data is equal to the topmost value of the top bin, it is actually not included, despite the designation of (x, y]. I am attaching an example graph. Note the result for the covariate BSL. The maximum value of BSL in the data is 0.51. A bin is correctly computed but then the data for the subject with the value does not appear (the only subject that would appear in this bin).
