#13 install error

could not create this file. shall I try again?

this was with XPontus_windows_1_0_0_2_x86.exe on a 32-bit XP SP3 windows system with Java 6 installed.

I don't know why I wrote "shall I try again?". it always gives this error message, the installer is consistently broken. please test the installer before you release it to the public.
