#103 Email templates were not included in the war package

In 1.1a war package file xplanner-plus-mysql.war, the below three velocity files were not included.

email_notifications.vm
email_notification_task_created.vm
email_notification_task_updated.vm

Fixed in upcoming 1.1a3 version
