#88 invalid selection when select a element in outline view

reproductable example:

[1] create following xml:
--- simple.xml -----
<root>
<branch>
<leaf/>
</branch>
</root>
------
[2] select leaf in outline view
[3] click at end on line 1 in editor, then type <!
[4] line 2 will be selected ... PROBLEM
[5] selection will be replaced if you type something

I'm using 0.4.2.3 in Windows XP
