As a supplement, the "X-Men" item could not be found
from "Window" > "Customeize Perspective" > "Other".

This tool looks great and I really hope to use it. Actually my
document is in Shift_JIS with tag name in Japanese. Will X-
Men be able to format the document nicely? XML Formatter
by Wayne Grant cannot help (It works well with English
document).
