It happens with the oss driver. I have not yet a working alsa driver.
So it seems related to the libac3 changes. It may be that "xine-decoder.c"
always sync correctly. I had this also with an earlier Version of libac3,
went away when someone patched the libac3 with longjumps for better error
recovery. At the moment I have no sound at all, as the "Invalid Mantissa"
comes all the time.
