#21 Support Syriac Abbreviation Mark

The Syriac block of Unicode has a character for Syriac Abbreviation Mark, which is used for generating a special abbreviated form onto Syriac letters.

The LaTeX Stack Exchange has an discussion for implemeting SAM in XeLaTeX (See here: http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/110197/syriac-abbreviation-mark ), but on one get proper rendering for it. Is there anyway for implamenting SAM in Xe(La)TeX?
