Indeed, that's right - and actually that's bad, because XCSoar
silently switches off its own wind calculation when the logger (the LX
device) submits his estimate.  That means even though you may have
configured zig-zag, it was not actually doing anything.

There is no way to suppress that currently, but it will be fixed
before the final release, see:
