#451 Real-Time ProLogicII transcode to AC3 for 5.1

Can you implement a way for XBMP to decode a PLII file
into 6 wavs and then output it back into AC3 for the
reciever to decode (like how you guys decode the AC3
and then reencode the AC3 for the reciever when
passthru is not enabled)?

I want to be able to upmix/decode/convert Pro Logic II back
to 5.1 AC3
