#428 Pause in UI randomly for a few seconds

Every now and then there will be a pause in the ui
where you can not move or do anything, after about 2-
3 seconds it goes away but will repeat again. Music and
vidoes play fine during the pause, however if a
visualization is going on, it will pause too. This also
happens in the OSD during movie playback.
