I've installed rel 0.4.1 on Windows 7 64bit SP1 and get "Access violation at address 004039DC in module 'wphfgui.exe'. Read of address 00000004." Every time I try to send a fax.

You made me discover a bug where the program tried to use a non existent address book.
Please download the updated executable from here: http://wphf-reloaded.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wphf-reloaded/wphfgui/Release/wphfgui.exe?revision=50
and put it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Winprint HylaFAX Reloaded overwriting the existing wphfgui.exe.
