Install extra gcc-3.3.3 in you system and run ./compile,
alternatively, you can recompile the toolchain with gcc
4.x if you export CFLAGS=-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=0 beforehand.

You need to have genext2fs and if you want to compile as a
non-privileged user, use "fakeroot ./compile" command.

For flash firmware push reset and power on device. Wait 
5 seconds. Start ./upload_a.sh or ./upload_a.sh.
If firmware dont start repeat operation over ./clear_a.sh 
or ./clear_b.sh and reflash ./upload_a.sh or ./upload_a.sh. 
After flash please ssh 10.200.200.249 to connet device.
