that's a plugin, removeing a NCnumber and a comment after a ';' also all spaces around.
ex.
NC1000 G64 X1=0.120 F= 1000 ;Jump to basic
result
G64 X1=0.120 F= 1000
this make it possible to compare NCprogs with differ in linenumber and comment. This is used for Sinumeric controle.
