#2709 Disable rest of the plugins calls

It appears I missed couple of plugins related calls last time I tried to disable the plugins. The missed calls are in Src/MergeDoc.cpp/CMergeDoc::OpenDocs().

Don't ask me what all these plugins calls do...

This hopefully fixes the bug item:

I don't want to do revert/commit for this patch for trunk. But I'll make sure it goes as separate commit into 2.10 branch (where the other patch won't be applied).
