#2583 Use PNG images for all screenshots

Patch created against trunk r5457. Converts additional images suggested by kimmov in Todo item 1919763. Updates references to those images in doc sources and in TestPlugInRunner.dsp. Also fixes numerous validation errors in Plugins.xml.

I'll commit the patch in several commits:
- image conversion
- plugins.xml fixes

and possibly those testplugin changes later. I'm not actually sure about that test plugin, it is part of CPPUnit test framework and as such doesn't really need this conversion. And I'm afraid it even doesn't work after that since those bitmaps are Windows program resources...

I'll skip the tester changes for now. Reasons in earlier comment + it is external component we just include and don't really want to start modifying (unless we have to for some reason).
