#2374 Warn user that results were not updated after filter change

This is to partly fix old bug:
#787588 Changing regular expression filter does not refresh display

This patch tries to detect when linefilters are changes and then show a messagebox to user. Messagebox tells user that open results were not updated.

This is work-in-progress, things to-do:
- better message
- maybe we could refresh file compare results
- check if there really are folder compare results open..
- better ways to detect filter changes

    The problem is with current way we handle changing filters there is no good way to detect if user really changed any of the filter strings. Setting this to low priority now.

    This is not the way to do this. I have better ideas. So I'm closing this patch as out of date.
