#1728 bare-bones Properties dirview context menu item

Add Properties to DirView context menu, but only enable
it if a single file is selected which had an error.

Invoking it pops up a messagebox with the error info.

This is primitive, but it gives us the ability to find
out a little bit about errors -- such as the root error
reported on the forums right now.

Any chance of this patch?

I have some files with "Unable to compare files" result, and
I'd like to know why.

I'll just go back to a source version I can compile, and
debug to find out why -- but the idea of this patch was
exactly for this scenario. As I recall this was a primitive
solution, but I think it would be better than none.
