This patch adds new project Merge7zInstaller.dsp, which
bundles plugins for all supported versions of 7-Zip in a
single installer. The installer also includes essential
components from 7-Zip 3.13 for optional standalone
operation. The project assumes 7-Zip 3.13 binary
distribution to reside in ../../../7z313bin. Files to be
installed are embedded as resources. The resulting exe is
run through UPX (upx.sourceforge.net) for compression.
