[WinLIRC] Question

I have searched for documentation that specifies what 
ptrail        
pre_data_bits   
pre_data       
toggle_bit      

mean. If there is a link to the documentation that 
describes this or if someone can explain it. I decoded 
the ZENITH SC637 patient remote. Works like a champ. I 
am trying to figure out what kind of header data I need 
to send the codes.
