Due to lack of Help, I may be wrong but I suppose "Send Code" button should emulate pressing buttons on a remote. So, it doesn't work: tray icon flashes blue, but applications don't see the code sent.

The send code button sends an infrared signal to control external hardware. So in theory you could turn your tv on/off from your pc.

So I was completely about this button. 2 questions:

How can the button send an IR signal - through IR receiver?

Is there a way to emulate IR signal receiving?
