Still need more details on this. If it is similar to the issue when using a ramdisk, this will be closed and tracked there. Otherwise I need to have steps to reproduce this issue. The above event data doesn't help at all, other than to show what Windows build and Win32DiskImager version.
It seems the same as bug 41 and 47.
Closing as duplicate.
Make sure the apps is up to date and compatible with Windows 10 system. Or else try reinstalling the app and chekc if the issue is fixed
