Add a button to the TinyMCE toolbar to protect the case of a segment of text selected in the title fields of the resource editor. Without this button the user cannot discover this feature without reading the help. It's also a bit of a pain to have to type in the braces.

I think I made a mistake swapping the previous one but it had a white background and that's not good.
Something still not right. Isn't a SVG supposed to scale up without loss of quality? The attached is what happens when I zoom the web page 400%.

Lossless is the theory. There is a lot of loss there because I converted your SVG to PNG and then again to SVG of the right size.
If I use your SVG I get a white area. I tried to modify it by hand but I only get an inconsistent result where the padlock is not resized.
As the padlock is a PNG image pasting in the SVG it interferes with the proper functioning of the resizing in the browser. It would take a padlock in SVG.
I've now removed the PNG and have replaced it with a hand-drawn padlock (that's fine up til large sizes). The background should be transparent.
This time it's perfect!
Great. The padlock is not perfect but its imperfections are only noticeable when greatly zoomed in. At some time in the future, I might work more on it.
Thanks for your patience while I figured out Inkscape.

Done a bit more learning of Inkscape. I believe the attached should be better.

Done.
Much better!
Nice.
